Planning Application submitted for Acton

A Planning Application has been submitted for a residential scheme on a brownfield site previously owned by Transport for London (TFL). Working with Clearview Homes, the design called for a strong architectural treatment on an important cross roads on the A40 Western Avenue / Horn Lane junction, delivering an important focal point.

The 149 apartment scheme will be for private sale and a mix of one, two bed and three bed units in four blocks with basement parking provided.
