Coggeshall Outline Planning Application

An outline Planning Application has been lodged for the former Dutch Nursery site, West Street, Coggeshall.

Working with Trine Developments, SR Davis Architects has developed a mixed-use scheme, integrated with the surrounding area and creating physical and visual linkages and connections. The design concepts include a high quality frontage development, with open aspect frontages and screened rear garden areas, linked with a network of streets and paths. There is potential for a significant amount of public open space / nature reserve to the southern part of the site, adjacent to the River Blackwater and for a new riverside walkway.

The proposed outline scheme includes 60 houses, 7 apartments, 5,382sqft of commercial space with enhanced open spaces and amenity areas.
