Canalside Public Consultation

Members of the public were invited to a Public Exhibition where the project team were available to answer questions on preliminary proposals developed for a prospective residential development located in Hay End Lane, Fradley.​

Located on a redundant pig farm, the proposals include:
• A range of family dwellings
• Provision for assisted living
• Provision of a new care home
• Local neighbourhood services and facilities
