Truro City Shopping Park

A Full Reserved Planning Application has been submitted in August 2017 for the redevelopment of Truro City Football Club.

A retail development in Truro, the ‘Truro City Shopping Park’ will provide 80,000sqft (7,425sqm) non-food retail, 22,750sqft (2,115sqm) food retail space, with over 300 car parking spaces accessed off the main A390 road. ​

The site is sensitive in landscape and visual terms, especially when viewed from the south and west. Therefore, the design has been developed to mitigate its' potential impact and ensure the integrity of the 'green' setting is not significantly harmed.
