Planning Approval for Truro City Shopping Park

On 21st December 2017, full planning permission was granted by Cornwall Council for a new retail development in Truro. ​

Acting on behalf of Helical Retail, ‘Truro City Shopping Park’ will provide 80,000sqft (7,425sqm) non-food retail, 22,750sqft (2,115sqm) food retail space, with over 300 car parking spaces accessed off the main A390 road.
