Stephen Davis - Director - BA (Arch) (Hons), DipArch (Oxford) RIBA

Stephen qualified as an architect in 1988, and has a wealth of experience in delivering quality, design-led commercial schemes. Over the last 22 years he has run numerous retail and commercial mixed use developments both in and out of town.


Specialist Areas - Commercial, retail, sports & leisure, food retail, residential, conservation, town centre mixed use schemes and masterplanning.


Geoffrey Barrett - MSc, DipArch, RIBA

Geoff joined S R Davis Architects in the summer of 2013 and brings thirty years experience covering all of the commercial and residential sectors and includes master planning, offices, retail, industrial, residential, mixed use and interior schemes. He has undertaken complex projects in the Cities of London and Westminster, in Conservation Areas and several involving Listed Buildings.


Geoff is currently involved in a number of mixed use projects in London and Birmingham and is leading the architectural design of a major new settlement in the north Midlands.


James Bavin - BA (Arch) (Hons), PG Cert Arch, PG DipArch, RIBA

James qualified as an architect in 2001 and joined SR Davis Architects in 2004. His experience includes design led town centre mixed use schemes, particularly including retail, residential and commercial projects.


Specialist areas – Masterplanning, commercial, retail, industrial, residential, including existing Listed / conservation buildings.


Neil Weatherhead - Technologist - MCIAT

Neil joined S R Davis Architects in 2006 having worked for many years in the delivery of food retail, non-food retail and commercial developments.


In addition to a continued role in retail-led schemes; since joining the practice he has added further to his experience, working on mixed-use residential/hotel/commercial and student accommodation developments.
